What if I am a returning applicant?
- Women of Influence aims to ensure easy process in reapplying therefore applicants may reuse their applications from previous years; however you must submit your current financials in order to apply in 2012.
- Nominees can apply online or submit a hard copy application to be mailed or faxed to Women of Influence
How do I apply?
Why do I need to submit 5 hard copy applications?
- In order to ensure a thorough judging process each application is reviewed by 5 judges. Women of Influence will be mailing the applications to each judge.
In the online application, why can I only upload a PDF?
- In order to obtain consistent formatting we require all applications to submitted as a PDF.

My Application
Which award category should I apply to?
- Identify the areas that you hold a competitive advantage
- Assess the Judge’s Score Card to determine what criteria are most important to each category
- You may only submit one application to the Awards
- Choose the company which will have the best competitive advantage in it’s award category

What region am I in?
- This is based on the address of your business.
- West: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Territories
- Central: Ontario
- East: Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador

Why is financial information required?
- The financial information is an important and quantifiable indicator of success for our judges.It is required that this section be completed for all Award categories. All the information submitted is confidential. Our judges are bound by a strict confidentiality agreement
Judges
Who are the judges?
- Judges are comprised of past Lifetime Award finalists of the Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards and business leaders within their industries
- Judges are Women from across the country
- Judges names are not released until after judging is complete
Are judges comments released?
- Judges Comments from previous years are not released to applicants

- All mailings, couriers, or delivery etc. must be in by this time
